Diversey Campus receives eduQua:2021 certification – quality in continuing education confirmed

The Diversey Campus, the competence centre for professional hygiene and cleaning solutions in Switzerland, has successfully passed recertification in accordance with the revised eduQua:2021 quality standard. This audit, carried out by the Swiss Association for Quality and Management Systems (SQS), confirms the high quality and effectiveness of the Diversey Campus training programmes. The validity of the certification documents extends from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2028.

Following the further development of Diversey’s training programme and the renaming of the Training Centre to Diversey Campus, another milestone has been reached. Under the leadership of Clemens Berrisch, Head Diversey Campus, the eduQua standard was seamlessly adapted to the new eduQua:2021 auditing process.

The audit report emphasises the “clear and good strategy” of the Diversey Campus. This is reflected in the vision of the Diversey Campus to be the leading provider of practice-orientated and future-oriented further education in the field of professional hygiene and cleaning in Switzerland. The mission statement of the Diversey Campus emphasises the importance of skills development, sustainability and long-term impact for the Swiss market. The focus is on empowering customers and the sales organisation to use Diversey solutions effectively and sustainably.

The audit particularly emphasised the andragogical guiding principles that form the didactic foundation of the Diversey Campus. These emphasise self-determination, practical orientation and action orientation, participation and interaction, as well as skills development. The learning programmes are designed to have a direct connection to the learners’ everyday working lives and to promote the transfer of what has been learnt into practice. The high level of training of the trainers was also noted as a positive impression.

This successful recertification underlines the Diversey Campus’s commitment to offering first-class, needs-based training and thus sustainably supporting the success of its partners and customers throughout Switzerland.
