Wetrok Academy courses will also be available in Basel and Chur from October 2025

"Knowledge gives you a head start" - the Wetrok Academy is convinced of this and is happy to share its knowledge with professional cleaning specialists throughout Switzerland and neighbouring countries. Since it was founded in 2000, the Academy has been the centrepiece of Wetrok's knowledge transfer on all aspects of professional cleaning technology and application expertise. Whether new machines, cleaning methods or legal requirements - the demands in the cleaning industry are constantly changing. This is exactly where the Wetrok Academy comes in: it trains professionals and newcomers in theory, combined with practical exercises.

Why the Wetrok Academy exists

The cleaning industry is diverse – and at the same time highly specialised. If you want to be successful in the long term, you need more than just equipment: you need expertise, an understanding of materials and efficient handling of machines, chemicals and processes. Wetrok recognised early on that products alone are not enough. This is why Wetrok created the Academy, a centre of excellence that aims to make customers and interested parties fit for everyday cleaning – whether in hospitals, schools, hotels or office buildings.

The Academy courses are designed in such a way that participants not only listen, but also participate: they learn directly on the machines, try out cleaning methods on site and can ask individual questions. It is precisely this combination of theory and practice that makes the training courses particularly effective and popular.

Two new locations: Basel and Chur

From October 2025, the Wetrok Academy will be taking a further step towards customer proximity: In addition to the main location in Kloten, Academy courses will also be offered in Basel and Chur in future. The aim is to provide more participants with uncomplicated access to further training – with shorter journeys and regional training opportunities.

Whether basic cleaning, machine knowledge or special hygiene topics: The Wetrok Academy offers a wide range of courses. Aspects such as sustainable cleaning methods, ecological product selection and ergonomic working techniques are also incorporated into the course topics. Wetrok also offers customised in-house training courses with the Flying Academy – directly at the customer’s premises. The focus is always on sustainable cleaning success and making work easier for the cleaning staff.
