The body, suction foot, panels, and covers are made of high-quality stainless steel. The smooth and abrasion-resistant surfaces are resistant to disinfectants and peracetic acid. This allows the machine to be thoroughly and safely cleaned even with low-particle water or special cleaning chemicals.

An integrated HEPA filter (Class H13) reliably cleans the exhaust air from the suction motor and prevents contamination of the cleanroom environment.
