Kärcher K-Mop 46

In developing the K-Mop, Kärcher consistently paid attention to details that make the user more comfortable. The height-adjustable handle offers a clear advantage: shorter users can minimize hand strain by adjusting the angle, while taller users can adjust it to their stride length. With a working width of 46 cm, the K-Mop enables efficient cleaning with high area coverage. A work light is also available, illuminating darker areas such as washrooms or under tables. During cleaning, water flows from the 4-liter fresh water tank at the top of the handle to the dirty water tank on the machine, reducing the weight over time. The tanks can be easily removed, completely emptied, and rinsed. This final emptying ensures the tank walls dry thoroughly, which is important for environments with strict hygiene requirements, such as healthcare settings. For safe filling – for example, at a sink – the fresh water tank features both an opening and a filling hose. The cleaning agent can be attached to a holder, carried along, and dispensed as needed. The voice-activated operating concept ensures intuitive handling. The K-Mop has an on/off switch and separate buttons to regulate the water volume and to activate or deactivate eco!Mode. An LED ring on top of the device displays relevant information via color coding: green indicates everything is working correctly, blue signifies activated Eco!Mode, orange indicates that the dirty water tank is almost full or the battery is nearly empty, and red indicates either a dead battery or an error has occurred. The water volume and remaining operating time are also displayed on a compact screen. For larger cleaning jobs, the K-Mop can be used as a supplement to the Kärcher B 260 RI scrubber-dryer and the Flexomate cleaning trolley. Furthermore, the compact scrubber-dryer can be equipped with the Plug-In Connect module, allowing users to access information such as location and operating times at any time via Kärcher’s Equipment Management system. The K-Mop is powered by 36V batteries from the Kärcher Battery Universe.
